Exchanges & Returns

We really hope that you love your BF Studio pieces as much as we do. But in case you would like to make an exchange or a return, please read the following before you proceed:

Any returns and exchanges must be made within 14 working days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected.

 

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE 

1. To start an exchange contact us at info@bellafrancesca.studio.

2. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note the following:

  • We offer one (1) free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs.

  • We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

2. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note the following:

  • We do not stand for the return shipping cost* and it will be deducted from your refund.

  • We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
